Required Notice Information
Please provide:
- A physical or electronic signature of an authorized person.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of multiple works.
- Identification of the material claimed to infringe and enough information to locate it, including the exact URL where possible.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Processing and Counter-Notices
We may remove or disable access after reviewing a substantially compliant notice and may share the notice with the affected party. Counter-notices may be sent to the same email address and should satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
